Austin, TX — June 2026
I am a professional community architect who monetizes trust.
My name is Mary Formichelli. I have spent 20 years walking into rooms with no infrastructure and building something from nothing. This is the first time I am doing it entirely for myself — and I am doing it right here on Dirty 6th Street in the greatest nightlife district in the United States.
What I am building is not one business. It is an ecosystem — a collection of interconnected entities that feed each other, amplify each other, and serve the same community of extraordinary people who make downtown Austin the electric, irreplaceable place it is. Every entity has its own identity. Every entity makes the others stronger.
The entities
The hub of everything. A walk-in creative studio on Dirty 6th where musicians, comedians, bar owners, and local businesses get their digital lives organized. We edit their videos, post their content across every platform, build their websites, and manage their social media month after month. We are embedded inside the community we serve — not a remote agency sending emails, but a real room where real people walk in with real phones and real problems and walk out with a real digital presence. The daytime creative economy of Austin finally has a home base.
Connects to everything: Every client who walks through MaestraMarketing becomes part of the wider network — they meet each other, they get invited to T.O.G.I.T., they show up in ATX IRL content, they become part of the story.
When the studio closes, the room transforms. T.O.G.I.T. is a private, invitation-only poker experience for the business owners, creatives, and industry players who run this city after midnight. Thirty curated guests. One hundred dollars at the door covers everything — drinks, cigars, food, security, and a safe ride home. It is legal, elegant, and intentional. T.O.G.I.T. is where trust deepens, deals get made, and the most interesting people in Austin find each other in the same room at the same time.
Connects to MaestraMarketing: The clients we serve during the day become the guests we host at night. The relationship goes from professional to personal. That is where loyalty is built.
ATX IRL is the event production and content platform that amplifies everything happening downtown and tells that story to the world. On Friday and Saturday nights, ATX IRL social media models are posted up at Rainey Street, East 6th, Dirty 6th, and West 6th — broadcasting live Instagram reels from the field, announcing the vibe, the crowds, the specials, and the energy in real time. Pedicab drivers carry the sponsorships between districts. People across the country watching from their phones see Austin the way it actually is — alive, electric, and worth flying to. ATX IRL also produces monthly in-person peer intelligence events where Austin professionals gather, share real data, and build real relationships.
Connects to MaestraMarketing: ATX IRL is the live proof of what MaestraMarketing can do for a client. It is the case study, the showcase, and the recruiting tool all in one.
FaeryMamas is a private women's community built on a simple premise: women are stronger when they protect each other, share their wisdom, and build together. In a nightlife ecosystem that can be isolating and even dangerous for women working late, FaeryMamas is the circle that holds. It is not a networking club. It is not a brand. It is a genuine community of women who show up for each other — the bartenders, the artists, the entrepreneurs, the night owls — connected by trust and kept safe by intention.
Connects to everything: The women in FaeryMamas are the social media models at ATX IRL events, the staff at MaestraMarketing, the trusted faces at T.O.G.I.T. They are woven through the entire ecosystem as a force of stability, creativity, and care.
Every ecosystem has a center of gravity. Mine is me. MaryFormichelli is my personal brand — my influence, my following, my story, and my reputation as someone who builds things that last and brings people together in rooms where the right things happen. It is also the home of my nano bed and breakfast — a personal hosted experience for friends and family visiting Austin who want to experience the city the way a local does, not a tourist. Guests from Napa, from Los Angeles, from everywhere — sleeping in a real Austin home, waking up to a city that never stops moving.
Connects to everything: My personal brand is the thread that runs through all of it. When people trust Mary, they trust MaestraMarketing, they want to be invited to T.O.G.I.T., they follow ATX IRL, they respect FaeryMamas. The brand is the glue.
How they all work together
A musician walks into MaestraMarketing on a Tuesday afternoon with a raw video on his phone. We post it beautifully across his channels. He comes back the next week with more content. By month two he is on a retainer. By month three he gets invited to T.O.G.I.T. on a Monday night where he meets a bar owner who wants to book him. That bar owner follows ATX IRL and sees his show promoted the following Friday night by a live field reporter on Instagram. A woman on the ATX IRL team who helped film it is part of FaeryMamas and refers two more musicians to MaestraMarketing the following week. And Mary Formichelli — the person who made every introduction, posted every connection, hosted every room — is the invisible infrastructure holding all of it together.
That is not five businesses. That is one ecosystem with five doors.
Downtown Austin is already the most extraordinary entertainment district in the country. What it has been missing is someone who shows up every single day to document it, amplify it, connect its people, and help them grow. That is what I am here to do. Not just for the summer. Not just for a season. For as long as this city keeps making magic — which, if you have ever been on Dirty 6th at midnight on a Wednesday, you know is going to be a very long time.
