Mixed beverage sales reported to the Texas Comptroller, Aug 2025 – Jul 2026 (the latest 12 complete months). Alcohol sales only (liquor, wine, beer and cover charges), not food.
The Domain sells about $65 million in alcohol a year, but the money is moving. The big nightlife names from a few years ago are shrinking, and newer bars and restaurants are taking their place. Here is what four years of Texas Comptroller sales data show.
The Domain's bars and restaurants sold $76.5 million in alcohol in 2022. Sales slid to $61.9 million in 2024 and recovered to $64.2 million in 2025. The last 12 months (Aug 2025 – Jul 2026) came in at $65.5 million.
Three of the Domain's biggest late-night names have lost ground every year.
| Venue | 2022 | Last 12 mo |
|---|---|---|
| Rose Room / 77 Degrees | $8.24M | ↓ $5.02M |
| Wonder Bar | $5.50M | ↓ $2.64M |
| Kung Fu Saloon | $4.37M | Closed (Jan 2026) |
Rose Room down 39% · Wonder Bar down 52%
Four venues that did not exist (or barely existed) in 2023 now sell $1.5M to $3M in alcohol a year.
| Venue | Opened | Last 12 mo |
|---|---|---|
| Haywire | 2025 | ↑ $2.96M |
| Little Woodrow's | 2023 | ↑ $2.63M |
| Sixty Vines | late 2024 | ↑ $2.60M |
| Loro Asian Smokehouse | late 2024 | ↑ $1.58M |
Ema opened at 3120 Palm Way in February 2026 and averages about $347,000 a month in alcohol sales. Over a full year, that pace would put it around #3 at The Domain. Mexican Sugar, which opened in March 2026, is already averaging about $260,000 a month.
While the big names slipped, some quieter venues grew year after year.
2024 figures shown for Jack & Ginger's and Westin; 2022 for the rest.
Rose Room and Wonder Bar make about 85% of their alcohol sales from liquor. Sixty Vines makes two-thirds from wine. Topgolf makes half from beer. Knowing your mix tells you which brands, promotions and partners fit you best.
